Location: Zoom Webinar - Map Link

Lukas Felzmann an artist and Affiliate Scholar at the Bill Lane Center has been working on a new photographic archive of California. As an extension of this practice he is inviting other artists to share their work and approaches. The event will feature Klea McKenna whose piece: “No Feeling is Final” is on view at SFMOMA right now, and Dionne Lee whose work was presented at MOMA’s 2020 version of  the New Photography exhibition series.

The artists will present new work and discuss their working methods including how their process was (or was not) affected under Covid-19 restrictions. The participants will also share their idea of fieldwork, and how it might differ from the scientific approach of collecting data
