Please join the Clayman Institute and Morrison & Foerster, for a book talk and panel discussion featuring Chief Justice Earl Warren Professor of Constitutional Law, Kenji Yoshino, speaking about his new book, Speak Now:  Marriage Equality on Trial

Confirmed panelists include:

A renowned legal scholar,Kenji Yoshino tells the story of Hollingsworth v Perry, the trial that will stand as the most potent argument for marriage equality.

Yoshino will discuss the legal facts of the case, as well as providing different perspectives through interviews with lawyers and witnesses from both sides. He will use his own story of love, marriage, and fatherhood to provide a personal aspect to the case.
