This is a busy time of year. There’s too much to be done in the few remaining weeks of the quarter, and everyone feels a bit rushed. Art installations brought back the psychedelic vibe and festival atmosphere of the Frost Amphitheater of yesteryear.The Frost concert planning team organized an arts component at this year’s Frost concert that gave the event a festival vibe.
