We are having a special practice session on ‘Mantra Meditation with Sacred sounds’ to bring about an inner alignment.

In this workshop, we will spend some time on the practice of mantra meditation followed by (musical) mantra meditation by which we can unleash our true potential enabling us to be balanced & become a better version of ourselves. In such a state we naturally become focused, productive, happy & constructive.
