Travel, Writing, and Life: Pico Iyer in conversation with Richard Rodriguez

Novelist and essayist Pico Iyer will speak with Richard Rodriguez at the Stanford Humanities Center on January 25, 2017 at 4:30pm. All are welcome to this public conversation followed by an audience Q&A. Iyer was recently called “arguably the world’s greatest living travel writer.” He has also given 3 TED talks in the past 3 years, seen by more than 5 million viewers. His twelve books cover everything from Revolutionary Cuba to the XIVth Dalai Lama and Islamic mysticism to our lives in airports.
