Product Design 2019
This is the first of an ongoing watercolor series completed under shelter-in-place, based on photos that friends have sent of their favorite views.
2020
Watercolor
I created a visual representation of the concept of ‘truth’ in a minimalistic style represented by the light and woman’s bare shoulders.
2018
Acrylic paint on canvas
While at SFMOMA with Stanford’s ITALIC program, I created this self-portrait to explore the merging of technology with my image of self.
2017
Photograph
A fantastical city illustrating a water-based transportation system.
Digital painting
This series is meant to bring inspiration, energy and presence to the broader community during a difficult time of shelter-in-place and quarantine.
Acrylic gouache on Yupo Polypropylene Paper
These collages were created from material gathered from a variety of found sources—primarily Life, National Geographic, and Time magazines.
Collage & ink pen
I love the idea of a personal brand, especially in 2016.
2014
Color Film
This piece captures the fleeting, but golden moment of connection between the deer and the viewer. A reminder that beautiful things are fleeting.
2015
Oil on canvas
This is an image of a mushroom found on a trail off Old La Honda Road. I wanted to create a mystical yet comforting feeling surrounding the mushroom.
Photography
I made this painting in Iceland as part of my Chappell-Lougee arts project. It is a portrait of a glacier in the glacier lagoon known as Jökulsárlón.
