Booking Campus Venues
For registered student groups:
- Create your event in CardinalSync.
- Determine what type of space is best suited for your event (and, if applicable, rehearsals). Contact Claudia Dorn if you need guidance.
- Enter your event venue request in CardinalSync.
- For venues booked through other sources, such as EPC, Roble Hall Theater, Toyon Lounge, etc.: you still need enter your venue request in CardinalSync.
- Meet with SAL to review your event plan and finalize your venue reservation.
- Once your venue has been confirmed, place work orders for any additional services that may be required (e.g. ELS, Custodial, Security, etc.)
- Review safety and ADA accessibility information for your venue.
- Determine what type of space is best suited for your event (and, if applicable, rehearsals).
- Keep in mind that many popular campus spaces require a sponsor (such as a registered student group or department/program) in order to place a reservation.
- Meet with Claudia Dorn, Manager of Student Productions, to discuss your event plans.
- Reserve your venue.
- For venues booked through other sources, such as EPC, Roble Hall Theater, Toyon Lounge, etc.: you still need enter your venue request in CardinalSync.
- Once your venue has been confirmed, place work orders for any additional services that may be required (e.g. ELS, Custodial, Security, etc.)
- Most of these services require a sponsor's PTA (account code) in order to place the work order.
- Review safety and ADA accessibility information for your venue.
