Stanford Arts Promotion Guidelines

If your Stanford project is funded by the Office of the Vice President for the Arts (OVPA), these guidelines will help you create effective promotional materials that meet Stanford Arts branding standards and reach a wide audience.

Stanford Arts Wordmark & Credit Line

As a recipient of funds from the Office of the Vice President for the Arts (OVPA), all your promotional materials (flyers, posters, e-flyers, social media promotions, etc) must include at least one of the following forms of acknowledgement:

The Stanford Arts wordmark must stand alone and may not be combined with another logo, or used as part of verbiage (in a sentence, slogan, etc).

For physical promotional materials (flyers, programs, brochures, posters, etc) do not print the logo less than 1.5” wide.
