Many long-awaited senior music recitals and musical theater performances were unfortunately canceled due to COVID-19. Among these were Tim Isaacs and Tim Sherlock’s senior vocal recitals, Léa Bourgade’s senior violin recital, and Ram’s Head’s production of Pippin, all of which were originally scheduled to perform the week of April 13. In lieu of in-person performances, see videos of student performances below.
Tim Sherlock performs “She Loves Me” from She Loves Me at Stanford Light Opera Company’s 2020 Singer’s Choice Cabaret in Campbell Recital Hall.
Léa Bourgade performs Korngold’s Violin Concerto in D Major, op. 35, with the Stanford Symphony Orchestra in its fall 2018 concert.
Tim Isaacs performs “In Praise of Women” from A Little Night Music in Dinkelspiel Auditorium in 2018.
Tonight was supposed to be opening night for Pippin. Sadly, my dream role will have to stay a dream, at least for now. But please, enjoy my home version of "Corner of the Sky".
Austin Zambito-Valente sings “Corner of the Sky” from Pippin.
