Arts Spaces

For registered student groups:

1. Review OSE's guidelines for Event Types. Follow the procedure for registering your event in CardinalEngage. Note that Major Events have a longer lead time, so plan ahead!
2. Determine what type of space is best suited for your event (and, if applicable, rehearsals). Contact Claudia Dorn if you need guidance.
3. Work with the space manager for your desired venue to confirm availability. They will also let you know if you need to place work orders for any additional services that may be required (e.g. ELS, Custodial, Security, etc.)
4. Review safety and ADA accessibility information for your venue.

2. Reserve your venue directly with the space manager.
   • Keep in mind that many popular campus spaces require a sponsor (such as a registered student group or department/program) in order to place a reservation.
3. Once your venue has been confirmed, place work orders for any additional services that may be required (e.g. ELS, Custodial, Security, etc.)
   • Most of these services require a sponsor's PTA (account code) in order to place the work order.
4. Review safety and ADA accessibility information for your venue.
